im going to buy a d16z6 to swap out in my 1990 crx hf.First will everything match up , engine mounts , wires , exhaust system ect... also for the vtec do i need a vtec controller or can i switch out my ecu for one that works with a d16z6.And for tranny , will everything match up with the tranny that is stock with the d16z6 or do i need to use my tranny off my d15b6 and if so will it mount right up. Much thanks for the help (My first swap)

your tranny will work fine you could upgrade to a si tranny if you want. all mounts will be fine except for the driver side engine mount, but all you have to do is remove the mounting bracket bolted under your old timing belt cover,and put it on the z6 motor. you will also need a p28 ecu, and you will have to do a dpfi to mpfi swap, which will require some wiring.a conversion harness ,and a p28 ecu combo is available from www.j-k-tuning.com for around $250.00 that's chipped with either crome or uberdata. any other questions holla back.
