i heard the d16a6 cam fits in the B7 with no mods? is this true.. what will i gain from doing this?

Yep it will fit

Depending on if you advace or retard the timing you can gain up to 10bhp at 1 degree advance of 10lb/sqft torque on 1 degree retard.

its not 1 degree...its 1 tooth...which is like 4.75 degrees???? i dont know ...i forgot......damn....i wished we still had all of the old post that way you can just search under mista bone's name. it was more hp if you retard ...and more torque if you advanced ...im not sure how much hp

It's actually 1/2 tooth. You need an adjustable cam pulley to take full advantage of the a6 cam.
