Crank but no start....could use some help

Ok i have spark i have compression its getting air....but how do i tell if its getting fuel...the fuel pump is working.....i tried some starting fluid and it sounded like it wanted to start a few times but battery started to die....any tip would be greatly appreciated.. :?

Check the Fuel pressure regulator to see if it's doing its job and if it got fuel in there.

Other than that the only other is the battery?

nevermind i figured out the problem......dint have my spark plugs wires in right order on distributor then i started car today but was only run on 3cyl. pretty sure its the rings so im gonna check it with compression guage tomorrow to make sure then get some new rings in....btw i already have the Rings...battery is fine and my timing was off a tooth...then after i get it runnin good...foing to align get my new exhuast on make my CAI out of 3inch exhaust pipe... :D
