Is this even possible? I have heard people on ebay selling these jdm cams that will fit the y7 but I have 2 cams at my house now that say otherwise WTF???????

Tell you the truth, i dont really know, but I would say no its not possible.

I dont think so, just meant to fit 88-95 Civic/Crx motors.. From what I have seen alteast..
