I just priced a Oxygen sensor for my 93 del sol. I have a D15B7. They said it was almost $250.00. I was jsut wondering if anyone knew of somewhere I could order one that would not be so much money.

I am in the middle of rebuilding the motor, and I dont want to go back to the old O2 sensor.

Thanks for any help you can give me, thanks...

they should run you about 50$ per o2 sensor at most auto parts store.

If you're planning on having someone do it for you dont. They will rip you off. You can easily have the job done in ten minutes

Yup they do try to rip you off on the O2 sensor, for 250 you can build your own WideBand O2.

That was at a parts store. I am gonna put it on. That was just for the part. I think that is crazy.

I broke mine last summer when I was putting my header on. Honda wanted 250 and Autozone wanted 150. Through Summit I ordered a universal for 50 bucks. Not sure how well it works though b/c I haven't been able to get an a/f gauge I bought to work.

An A/F guage won't work on a standard generic sensor, It has to have a wider band. The standard one will only tell you if your in stoich or not but and not how far out you are.

The VX were fitted with wideband O2 Sensors, If you find one nab it.

The $69 is for a universal though. To get an oem it's $150. My universal sucks. I'm getting an oem.

i got a Bosch 02 sensor for my hatch and its worked fine... got it at NAPA a universal one for $20, lasted so far 3 months, no problems. HONDA was going to charge me $249 for OEM... OEM is a clip thats on your wire harness i believe, the universal is just a wire that you have to connect

I agree save the 200 dollars. Even if you did a meticulous wiring job with solder and flux it would take you 30 mins tops.
