Speedometer and headers....

I'm considering buying a Gen.4 Civic HB, but the speedometer isn't connected and I need to change the header on it. I have (don't ask why) a spare header lying around so getting the replacement one isn't a problem.
My questions for anyone who would be kind enough to help me are, how hard is it to hook up a speedometer and change a header, and if you know how, how to install both.

speedo is just a cable. if it is pulled out of the tranny, just put it back in along with the clip. if it is missing altogether, go to the dealer and pick up a new one :TU:

both are easy to do. try lowballing as much as you can, act like it's really hard to do or like it's going to cost you a lot of money to fix or something like that, hehe.
