i think you should go with lowering springs. in my experience, coilovers only caused problems and the ones me and my friends dealt with only cause "bounciness".

now i have a set of lowering springs and they run awesome, very smooth compared to coilovers.

maybe it's just the brands of coilovers i had...but in my experience, they sucked.

if your wanting full coilovers at a decent price cant beat omnipower
for the record...... ground controls ARENT full coilovers and for the guy with lowering springs, brand AND what shock you run makes a HUGE difference if you use sleeves

he's asking about full coilovers which are not sleeves on shocks<<< which suck ass....... he is talking about the one piece coilover assy.

There have been too many threads on the omnipower coilovers tearing apart, and I believe they even are doing so with their new revised ones. The only full coilovers I've rode on are omnipower street and apex'i worldsport and the worldsport win hands down in ride and build quality, if you can find a good used set at a decent price I highly suggest them. If you're on a budget ground control's and a nice strut like illuminas or koni yellows would be great. Yes they're sleeve overs, but there's a reason so many people praise the gc/koni yellow combo. It really is the best bang for the buck.

Forgot to mention, these guys seem very helpful on honda-tech and very knowledgeable about anything from valving to shock oils and how their competition builds their products. If/when I buy full coilovers I think it will be from them. http://www.picperformance.com

Omnipower

I've got the sport's (12k F 10k R) on mine and I love them. I've had them on my car for over a year and they're perfectly fine. I highly recommend them.

Here's a couple of places where you can find them online:

They are made in the same factory by the same people with the same materials as the omni's.
