Identifying PM6 ECUs?

Ok, i've been searching till my head hurts. All i keep finding is that the 90-91 are easier to chip vs 88-89. But how can one identify the 90-91 PM6 vs. the 88-89? Are the codes on the box different etc? Often people selling the ECUs have no idea what year it is. They just say 88-91. Great...

Look for these codes on the label. These are the chipable pm6's.

PM6-A09
PM6-L09
PM6-C00

find out if the redline was 6800 or 7400.. for whatever reason i have the 7400 rpm one (90-91) in my 88.

ill have it up for sale this weekend i think if you want it
