I had a small smoking issue on my ZC powered hatch. If the car sat for 5-10 mins and I reved the engine I would get a puff of smoke. I figured the valve seals needed to be replaced or rings. For the heck of it I tried swapping oil to Castrol GTX High mileage. To my surprise it cut down the smoke by 90%! It is supposed to condition the seals and it seems to be doing the job! I would recommend this oil to anyone who has a car with slight smoke with over 75k miles on the engine. Also make sure smoke is a blueish color "oil". I also changed the pcv valve and made no difference. Its a good patch until you can tear down the engine
