I don't think any header will pass emissions unless maybe you have stock cat,mid and muffler,or you can just cheat the test by slammin the car so it doesn't fit on the rollers if your station has those.

if it has the c.a.r.b. label on it and if your running a cat then yes, but i dont think any of the ebay headers have the c.a.r.b. label on them

in most states, yes, they will pass. In cali, no. I would double check with some of your local shops about the inspections (they should know) but since you are in texas, my guess is that you are fine.

If you keep your cat, it dont matter what headder you get, the cat will keep your emisions normal

Stainless so you can wap them, ceramic coated headers are prone to crack when wrapped. Or ceramic if you wanna paint it,:fag:.

you should be fine with stock headers back but if your cat is very old and beat like mine is and it smells like you could get really high off the fumes then i'd say no but i dont have to worry for another year thats why i'm putting a test pipe in and keeping stock cat for emissions :)

Why in the hell would wrap a ceramic header? That's why it's ceramic. Header wrap is the cheap way to coat a header. It helps keep engine compartments cool and increases exhaust flow. Spend the money on a ceramic coated header. Header wrap is the ricer way.
