oil feed, need help

i didnt realize that the feed side of the turbo (garrett t3 .42/.48) wasnt tapped, so i have made 2 attemps to create something that bolts to the turbo, and both leak.
i plan on working on the leaks tommorow (grind-reweld)
any other routes i should go, should i just go through the hassle of taking the turbo off and tapping it, b/c my first to attemps have 50$ invested, a days work and they both leak?

help please

yea i got the same piece i have clearence problems all aroud with that, i am running on something i fabbed up, its sort of leaks but not really

i got the stuff to make one, i will braze it insted of weld to helb with leaks
