How about a Texas Meet.....

I was wondering how many of the members of this board are in Texas, let alone central texas, and what they would think of a texas D series meet, maybe in Austin. Just throwing the idea around and wondered if anyone else would be interested.

The Texas CRX group holds two main meets a year. One is too friggin hot to attend but the other is in November and quite nice for the Bigass Hill Country drive.

you ever make it down to austin? We have normal meets (any kind of cars) every saturday night, and there is a hill country drive scheduled in May by the Texas Supra Club, and a good number of people from my usual board will be there as well (www.streetrays.com) if you can make it down it might be fun.

I get down to Austin/San Antonio a couple of times or more a year. Any older farts or is it all young whippersnappers?

I think our Texas CRX club is having a hill country drive on May 22nd.

well, the Texas Supra Club is having their drive on May 1st, and I of course will be there with the one civic keeping up with all the supras on the winding roads....lol. If you have the CRX fixed by then you could try and make it.....drive and then bbq 8)

There's no way. The shop can't start until 04/26 and it will take 2.5 to 3 weeks.
