identifying a garrett turbo.

ok guys the turbo that we put on my buddies car yesterday was a garrett. the retard that sold it to us said it is a gt28 bb turbo. i highly doubt that, but maybe. its a .60 on the compressor side and a .63 on the exhaust. it says garrett m24 .60 on the compressor housing. it has a 5 bolt DP flange. im not sure about the manifold flange because it was bolted to the tubular log style mani we got.

Definitely not a gt28 - GT28's don't have a t3 flange unless you buy from ATPturbo.

this is what it looks like when its going. due to either blown seals or no oil restrictor. view my other thread about blown seals if you have a better oppinion on this

If I remember correctly it's a T3 turbo similer to what's on the SVO turbo Mustangs and Merkur XR4TIs.
