Do you have access to proper tools and generally know what you're doing?

since (i'm guessing) your a noob you most likely spend more than others so i'm a break it down for you...
turbo- 100.00 - 150.00 dsm or t3
intercooler- front mount-150.00-200.00 or dsm 35-50.00
flanges and fittings/ oil lines around 150.00- 175.00
piping for intercooler 45.00 if you can weld...
if not 150.00 to 200.00 intercooler piping.
chipped ecu 150.00- 200.00 or diy for 35.00 bucks.
these are gen. prices might be less might be more..
and for christ sake tune the fucker..

oh and by the way you would need a jumper harness to convert to obd1 to run a chipped ecu.. that harness runs 75.00 to 100.00.
