replacing d15 head with z6 head, help.. info!?

As the title says, I'm swapping out my
d15b8 (non-vtec) head with a d16z6 (vtec)
head. My motor has bout 90k on it while
the head has 100k on it.

My main concerns are these:
the z6 head didn't come with
a dizzy and wires. Is it possible
for me to use my current dizzy &
wires with the z6 head? Along with
the timing belt...

I've been told this mini me is a good
swap. Is it really?
