obd2 honda injector clips will not work on the dsm injectors..

you need obd1 honda injector clips or dsm clips( the connectors)

and honda injector resistor box if you car does not have one already..

obd1 you need to remove the little plastic piece inside the clip for them to work

What if i used the injector clips for the blue tops and just butt spliced the 2 wires on the clips into my injector harness wire for wire would that work?

i hope you meant chipped p28, because the ecu needs to be set up to read the bigger injectors

you also need to bore out the black rubber gromets where the injectors go into the intake manifold in order for them to fit and seal properly.
I usually recommend getting another set of them to bore out. It is just easier having one more thing to mess with while the car is down, makes the job a tad faster.

Odd, i've done 3 different cars as well with a buddies help (shifty35 on this board) and the injectors would not go into the intake manifold unless the inside diameter of the seals were opened up about 1 to 2 mm's. No amount of cursing and pushing and lubing would get them to slide in.

ahah... I have a new sensei! thank you master for teaching the way. I just didn't want to strip the studs or tear the seals. Next time I will just lube them up and let the fuel rail do the hard work.
