it will fit but not perfectly!
I used a SI exhaust on my sedan but it does hang lower than the original one....so it rubs sometimes....for the little extra i would have it made perfectly at the muffler shop!

Hey evilfred, your from Montreal, I'm from Plattsburgh, NY about an hour a way and I also drive a 4dr.
In fact, I just checked out your website and the red civic is identical to mine, I also have the amber corners, but also black rota slipstreams 15" and a VIS CF hood in the mail.

Yes, it will fit fine. I did this. However, you must remember that the Y7 engines have the cat in the exhaust manifold and the Y8s have it at the end of the manifold. You'll either need a Y8 manifold with a cat at the end or a pipe connecting the Y7 manifold to the exhaust.

... is a hb mid-pipe the same as an ex coupe?? ok here's the complete story... i got a fireball rear section last year... 2 days after i bought it my mid pipe rusted off right at the flange so i decided to get a performance mid-pipe to make a cat back... what i didn't realize is that the cat is built into the headers on my car... so i went to the autopartsstore and ordered up a ractive (the only company who will sell you just the midpipe) mid-pipe... but i think the one i got was for a different car and im not sure which and it fit but left a foot and a half gap where a cat would normally go... so now i want a new cat-back (rs*r exmag gt2) and im not sure if everything is gonna fit.
