well my name is james iv got a 91 civic sedan. i like it cuz its not a popular car.. well at least where i live. iv done a mpfi swap on it. since im on that subject i need help with it. i had to replace the dizzy i got with the complete swap i bought from a guy. i got code 9 cylinder position sensor with the old idzzy and still with the new well used one i got. and now i get a hesitation where the engine will jerk and i lose power for less then a sec. its really annoying and i want to get rid of it. im almost at the point where i want to buy a different car. so since i still got code 9 could it stil be the dizzy. i checked for the right ohms and its good and i checked for continuity and there is non. but i still got code 9 .. help would be great. thanks sorry for the long read

another thing.. sometimes the hesitation doesnt happen at all.. and sometimes if i just turn off the car and turn it back on its goes away. im assuming it has something to do with the dizzy since i still have code 9 but i really dont want to spend more money on a new one or used seeing as i spend 170 canadian for a used one. my rocker arm assembly gaskets are leaking oil in to the spark plug tube as well.. could that be shorting the wires out or something? doesnt leak too much though. i cant see that being the problem. iv also changed everything you can think of the o2 sensor is pretty much new. the injectors were pretty black when i looked at them before putting the manifold on.
