My name is Gary Wellsbury i own a 1998 Civic Coupe iSR (EJ8) D16Y8 in the United Kingdom. I am happy to have found a site dedicated to the mighty D-Series as here in the UK its all seems to be about the B-Series.

I've had a quick look over the site and you guys have given me some ideas to up stage the B-Series boys here in the UK;) . It's just a shame it will cost me a little bit more in the UK for the mods you guys have in the US.

Question are you running a ram air type intake, from your engine bay shot it looks like it. Good to have you on the board, its nice to see cars from across the pond.

Welcome from another UK member! Clean ride, and you're right about parts being so expensive over here on the island. Especially when you're a 'Yank like me and the exchange rate is almost 2 to 1 now! That and tickets suck over here too. The one coming in the post for 115 in a 70 on the A1 is going to blow...First ticket in 11 years.

And let me know if you ever want to sell your intake mani, tb, fuel rail and injectors...I'm toying with a Y8 mani swap.
