tuning for turbo

does anybody have a SMC 500 for the fuel tuning on there turbo honda i was thinking of getting one. But does anyone know if it only tuning at WOT or what help me out guys?Is this good or bad for tuning?

its alright, although it takes time to adjust it. it tunes for everything evenly, wot or not. on mine, the voltage limiter stopped working after about a year and i get a cel with high boost
