Been here awhile reading up but never post. Does this make me a noob? Oh well if it does. Thanks for all the info on here and keep it coming. Never stop sharing ideas, techniques, or basic "common sense" info!

Pics will be coming. T3/T4 up and running with built block, stock head. Trying to get 2.5bar map working so I can turn up the boost. Current setup is a D16Y8 running 10psi with RC 550's, 3" Thermal Exhaust with 212whp/185wtq on heat soaked engine. Tuner is coming back to finish the 2.5bar and continue the tune past 10psi. I will break 300whp before its all done. Now I just need a 96+ EX tranny with LSD to stop spinning so much. Anyone got one cheap?

Sorry, forgot to add, yes the NC means North Carolina. Also, of interest to those out there with Y8's, I will be finishing the Y8 timing issue very soon. With the help of my tuner so that Y8 boost lovers will be able to tune their cars with confidence and not be guessing why the timing looks different from every other honda out there that is turbo'd. Just a hint~> it doesnt take much timing to make HP!

welcome to the site...

as for the tranny, you'll need to get the ex tranny and the LSD seperately and then put the two together...the trannies that came with the LSD from the factory won't hold you HP numbers...hell with your numbers i would want to get a LONG geared tranny and a LSD for it...but then again i like longer gears, just have to have the power to back them up...
