Guranteed HP Gain on Camshaft and Cam Gear?

I have a stock ZC DOHC with I/H/E. Since rebuilding the block with pistons and all that is out of my price range right now, if i decide to get a pair of performance camshafts, from crower or zex etc., roughly what will my hp increase be? Will this be noticeable? Is it worth the money? Also, i hear that D series motors love timing advancement. How does this work and if i get cam adjustable cam gears, am i guranteed a hp increase there also?

I didn't think that either crower or zex made cams for your application.

Assuming you can find a good set of cams, no one can really guarantee a specific increase. It will depend on what other mods you have and tuning. Also will depend on what cams you get as many manufacturers offer different stages of cams.
