Best Cable Tranny

what would be the best cable transmission? I have the d16a6 and my tranny is toast, so while looking for another one, i thought maybe an upgrade

For short gearing, it's a toss-up between the A6 transmission and the ZC transmission. They're both pretty similar.

have the best of both trannys...si 1-2 and zc 3-5 with the si final drive....close ratio tranny built with oem parts.
