Saturated Injectors:

1997-up Prelude VTEC
1992-95 Civic Si/EX
1996-00 Civic

1990-91 Integra
1992-96 Prelude non-VTEC
1992-96 Prelude VTEC

1g DSM Non-Turbo 4g63 240cc
2g DSM Non-Turbo Uknown if works
1g DSM Turbo Automatic 380cc
1g/2g DSM Turbo Manual 450cc

Blue tops are 1g DSM injectors, and black tops are 2g DSM injectors

damn !! beat me to it .. lol .. i was just searching the web for an Injector cc chart !! nice find Dog !

now heres a question ... what the difference between ' peak and hold ' and ' saturated ' ??

DOG

Peak and hold is the OBD0 (pre-OBD) low impedence injector type which needs the resistor box in order to recieve the correct voltage.
Saturated is for OBD1 & OBD2 systems which do not need the use of the injector box.

You can use Peak and hold injectors on OBD1&2 systems if you use a resistor box.
You can also use saturated type ijectors on OBD0 systems but you need to reove the box.

All that right or did I miss something?

now do all of those work on civics?

I would say yes but I dont have any first hand experience except with the Honda/Acura injectors. However I believe they do. Some of those seals may need slight modification as shown.

Ok, I`ve lurked long enough...

If 92-95 si/ex injectors are 240cc saturated...then what are stats for 92-95 DX/LX injectors (d15b7)? I`ve scoured the net looking for an answer and found nothing.

(I`m assuming they are the same but that`s probably wrong)

<edit>

According to accel`s fuel injection page 1992-1995 ex/si/dx d15b7 and d16z6 both flow 235cc saturated (so I answered my own question).

You are correct sir. 92-95 dx and ex flow the same.

Injector size info

You can go with any size injector that meets your HP goal with a standalone. And as long as you aren't running the injectors at really high duty cycles you are fine too.

Here is something I posted up on po.com a while back, it tells us what the various HP limit is for a injector size. The HP numbers are for stock fuel pressure, and 100% injector duty cycle, I suspect that they are a bit off so dont use it as a solution to your problem. I would still take the injector size and ask around to see if they are the right size.

EDIT: by raising the fuel pressure you can get more fuel from the injectors, and remember since the HP numbers are for 100% duty cycle, you should select the next highest sized injector for you HP goal.

270cc = 187 HP
310cc = 214 HP
320cc = 220 HP
370cc = 256 HP
400cc = 277 HP
440cc = 304 HP
450cc = 311 HP
500cc = 346 HP
550cc = 380 HP
600cc = 415 HP
650cc = 450 HP
800cc = 554 HP
880cc = 609 HP

I've a question here: what about the injectors of the B18C? I'm using it now for my SOHC engine.

"Honda usually runs their injectors to 100% duty cycle at redline. They appear to adjust the fuel pressure to achieve this. A good example is the early B16A and B18C engines. Both have 240cc injectors, but the B16A has 38 lbs fuel pressure and the B18C has 45 lbs fuel pressure."

over here in the uk honda worked with a car company called rover suppliying them with the whole drivetrain stuff so can anyone give a injector chart with injectors matched to engine types as in the rovers they are using f22 and h22 engines amongst others this would be a help to us euro's when scouring the breakers yards
