anyone want to analyze my smog readings?

I'm curious if anyone can tell if anything is wrong with my car from reading the smog test numbers i got. What I'm concerned with is that all my numbers are way above average, but still under the max. I passed, but I thought civics were supposed to be relatively low emission vehicles. Here are the numbers:

Hopefully, this is readable. As you can see, my numbers are not very close to the averages (except CO maybe). It looks like I have a lot of unburnt fuel and high NO. I know that NO is produced at higher temperatures. Or maybe my cat is going bad. Could it be my O2 sensor needs to be changed? I have no idea. If anyone can make sense of this, I'd appreciate it. BTW, my fuel milage isn't too good (25mpg), but I always thought it was because I drive kind of hard. (only way to get my little 1.5 to go)

men i,have serious problems on last year smog test

i was running a p&p head,with ultra polished intake ports,and even with a gsr cat.from my brother's car,did not seem to burn correctly, i had to disconect the pcv and the line that comes from the tank in order to pass it.

i don know what i did with the results,let me see if i can find them
