SETUP
1997 JDM Honda Integra.
ZC SOHC 1600cc - non vtec
IHI turbo
HKS BOV
Prelude 345cc injectors
corner mount intercooler
gauges
etc.
Boost set at 7psi

AEM 25-300 fuel regulator (set at 50 psi on idle with vaccum line on) is this sufficient for my fuel needs or should I use the Vortech 8:1 rising rate that I have?

Need your advice guys.

no Apex SAFC yet ?? maybe you should think about that .. or ive heard some people prefer Hondata over the vortech FMU

An FMU will get the job done, but it is also just about the worst form of fuel management you can get. Look into getting an AFC.

correct me if I'm wrong but aren't those the old prelude injectors?? those are peak/hold not saturate... are you using a resistor box? did they fit without mods?

i have basically the same setup i say sell the vortech FMU, and invest in an AFC to tune out cause you will get bad gas mileage ne route u take now ,even worse if u use vortech FMU. So sell the FMU and go AFC and dyno tune and u will be cool.
The prelude injectors need a resisitor box.

What was needed for you guys to fit the lude injectors????? easy to fit??
I know the newer ones are saturate but not as high a cc as the prev gen ludes... wonder if those would fit too...

 No FMU, please don't do that to yourself. Go with the AFC hack and you'll be golden. You may want to have the fuel pressure, I don't know, ALOT lower than that too. 50 at idle with vacuum? That's insane brotha!! Imagine with me for a moment, you have your fuel pressure at 50, you go with a vortech 8:1, at 7 PSI, you'll have 106 psi of fuel pressure, that's a little tough on your injectors. Do an AFC hack, and then locate your nearest local dyno, and get it tuned!

Just take everyones advice and go AFc with larger injectors and tune the car. It will be worth it.

The AFC is a common approach to fixing the problem, but it still need to be tuned. When you compare the price of a Greddy E-Manage and an AFC, they're pretty much the same price. Actually, I think you can buy the E-Manage cheaper. Why settle for less? The E-Manage is an AWESOME piggy back computer system with full tuning capabilities. How can you say "No" to that??

but you can never replace a dyno imo. :D

You're right, but dyno tuning will need to be done with each to ensure that you're not leaning out or going crazy-rich. I run the AFC and should take a picture of the back of my car  It's all BLACK.

If you add the Profec E-01 into the mix, it doubles as a boost controller and E-Manage control/adjustment tuning device. It may be expensive, but it comes with a 3-BAR map sensor from Greddy.
