Does anyone know where I can find a walkthrough of the removal of the factory parts and the installation of these things? Thanks

You actually need a walk through? Just reference the helms and get yourself some good tools. Rather simple installation of these items!

Okay. I've never really looked into the heavy details of suspension... I just hear things about being careful with some bolts (or something :?: )....and compressing the springs being a bitch and stuff.

Compressing the springs are not bad at all. Get a cheap spring compressor and your all set. As far as removal of the bolts, if you are using a camber correction kit, then you are possible get a new lower control arm? The only problem with replacing struts in a civic is removing the lower control arm bolt where it attaches to the hub. Easy fix though, just remove the upper control arm bolt instead. Much easier and far less likely to break

I'm gonna replace the lca's with SRR lca's but I wasnt really planning on doing it at the same time...

you dont need a spring compressor. lay it on the ground, hold it with your foot and unbolt it. it only jumps like an inch or or two at the most. just watch were the bolt goes. and putting them back on isnt to hard. just put some wight on it and have someone hurry up and put the bolt on. four bolts hold the front. four bolts hold the back(and you got to loosen a fifth). oh and one bolt holding the spring.

Suspension work is pretty simple and straightforward. The most difficult part of it, is dealing with rusted or seized bolts, which can happen often with an older car. Just have plenty of wd-40, PBlaster, etc. and a torch handy (an impact wrench and/or breaker bar is helpful as well).

Also, don't forget to put anti-sieze on those bolts before re-assembly, you will be very grateful you did if the need to remove them again arises.
