ok so felpro head gaskets dont handle shit for boost. i just got this d15b7 together and this happens i was only running 5lbs of boost and this is when my engine started running shitty and coolant was spraying all over the place.
i there a better gasket i can get????
what else could be wrong with it
the only stuff i have done to the engine is a port and polish and milled 0.050
what else can i do to help prevent this from happing in the future?

i'd get something copper and thicker than stock. if you turbo, forget the compression bump from a milled head.

Was the head surfaced? I know you said it was milled, but has it been ran since that was done? Has it ever overheated? Did you torque in sequence to spec? Just asking......
Try copper spray. I love that shit.

Copper spray and an MLS head gasket works wonders.

Check for detonation...this blows head gaskets. What setup are you running? I had my head surfaced but didn't deburr the edges of the domes and got detonation from them. I layed the HG over the head, used a permanent felt marker to mark the areas inside the firing ring on the HG, and used a machinist deburr tool to smooth all the edges. No problems since. I'm running a T3 custom setup on a stock JDM ZC SOHC(D16A) at 7 PSI with 450 DSM's and a VAFC.

I have ran felpro in all my cars and no problem. You might want to look into what they mentioned. Also, it possibly could be milled unevenly. Or missaligned gasket.
what is the compression ratio on your motor after milling it? any Idea?

Im not really sure what the c/r is but I know that it was milled .050 if anyone knows what that comes out to be on an all stock d15b7

Here is my guess: 9.271773366885854 or 10.276091125832213 I'm not sure which one to go by?

If you run a copper head gasket expect to use coolant on a regullar basis as that is normal for them. The stock layered honda headgasket with copper spray will work excellent with proper head and block prep. If the surfaces aren't flat, your f***ed.

I bought a stock gasket and copper spray and now my question is what all gets coated with the spray? the whole thing or around the cylinders and is there any place i should add a thicker layer
