Where can i get a 1/2" flange for custom turbo manifold?

just call the local metal fab shops and see if they can make you one. i had my turbo adapter plate made from 3/4" steel for 50 bucks. or call around to perfromance shops of all kinds to see if they can make you one, one shop around here sells them. try ebay, try going on yahoo and using the search " honda civic header flange" it might work.
