ZC Torque Specs [Archive]

Hello,
During this past week I had the top end of my ZC completely apart to replace valve seals...what a major pain! Anyway, I got it all back together and it runs, but I was wondering if anybody had the torque specs for the camshaft bearing caps? I want to get them just right- no need for premature wear. Also, what are the valve lash numbers, since the rockers seem and sound a little loose now?

Thanks for the link to the partial manual, atomixpunx. It definitely answered all of my questions and then some. I'm going to look into buying a paper copy of a ZC manual in the near future.
