which bov

im buildint a turbo kit for my crx but i would like to upgrade my bov to something better. right now i got a 1g dms bov with flange. will the greedy type s bov fit this flange if not what others will with out adapters

I would save money and not even try to go the cheap ghetto route. Just get a flange made and welded on, and a Blitz BOV or something nice like that. That's what I have. I love it.

We did a test on drivability, pressure capability, blah blah blah... in short we did a bunch of tests, same car, several different types of blow-off valves. Tested: 1g DSM, 2g DSM, APEXi supersound, HKS super sequntial, old/new style blitz, R32 Skyline, RX7, Greddy Type-S.

Out of all of the BOVs tested, the 2g bov tested as being one of the best in terms of drivability but the drawback is that it leaks past 13 psi. The 1G BOV turned out to be the best BOV tested. The pressure capability on a 1g can be increased by crushing it....
