What Springs can I snag from a junkyard to upgrade a 4th gen Si? Will springs from a 5th gen civic work or maybe a 2nd Gen Integra. How about a An Accord, or any of the other heavier, dual a-arm cars? What other suspension bits swap, shocks, springs, sway bars, a-arms?

don't get stock springs from a junkyard unless you like the 4x4 look. save your money, do it right and get a good set of aftermarket springs. You can find them for less than $150.

Alright I scored some 250 and 230 springs. I am using front springs from an Accord wagon and an Accord sedan. After a removing a couple of coils from each they work perfectly. I may be removing another coil just to get the ride height right but otehr wise the ride has not noticeably change and teh handleing is better. As soon as the roads dry out here I will be testing but on the wet roads i am pretty happy.
