Any particular head gasket you guys reccomend for a mild daily driven Turbo D16? Also where is the best place to get it?

The stock Honda one is great, Just make sure its genuine Honda

How much did you pay for the cometic gasket? They seem to avg $70 to $100.00

I have a Z6 head on a Y8 block. Which head gasket should i buy? Or are they all the same?

I paid about 100 for mine. I think they are all the same, however don't quote me on it. Can anyone else varify this?

I was told that a 3 layer metal OEM gasket from a 98 Civic works fine and is very cheap. Any thoughts on this? Also, do you guys install your head gaskets dry?

I think that the reason I went with the cometic was because I wanted to lower my compression a little bit. Its all up to you bro, the 3 ply Honda will work just as well. As for installing it dry, I will get back to you on that one!

Wat compression readings do u guys get when u use a compression tester?
If u drop on a 2mm head gasket how much compression do u lower it to?
