What a shocker!

It would seem that since the US is currently the most inefficient industrialized nation in the world, we could stand to lean out our fossil fuel consumption.

But nooooo... we would have to give up our brick shaped ego-wagons that are powered by technology that has more business on 'Antiques Roadshow' than in an engine bay.

Oh, I forgot that our current administration is neck deep in oil production.
Hmmmm...

Our arrogance and ego is going to be the ruination of this country. No wonder we are so disliked around the world.

Mankind was the worst thing to ever happen to Earth.

Yeah we never signed on but Bush decided to spend 5 billion on conservation programs - we are doing something and only time will tell if it's enough...

Yeah not signing the treaty is one reason why we get a lot of flack. When I went to europe 2 summers ago, they would give me a lot of shit about that. Like I can control that, right.

A good amount of these ego-wagones get better gas mileage than my Honda

Correct, we didn't sign it. We just officially said that we won't. Bush says it will hurt our economy.

Sounds as if we don't want to be inconvenienced. We'll just let our kid's kids deal with it.

Remember, 'it's all about me'.
