noob first turbo setup

i have a d15b7 with a t-3 turbo im not sure how much boost it will push or how fast it will spool. my current compression ratio is 9.2:1. also what should i set the cam timing and spark timing at "advanced/retarted"???

i have put every thing on the car i just need to put the charge pipes on and i want to run it by the weekind ..

Depending on the T3 its going to put out a decent amount of boost. Do you have a wastegate, boost controller? Fuel management?

i have an external wastegate
how can i tell what type of garrett t-3 turbo i have

It is on the compressor housing

no there used to be one there but i took it off and welded that wastegate shut
my other wastegate is on the manifold
