I need info on a turbo

Well i dunno much about the Turbo fins and if a specific turbine is a big one or small one but i would like anyone to give me some advice about this turbine..
To me it seems like its a big turbo but im not sure.

Specs:
Garret T3/T4
.57 COMPRESSOR WHEEL TRIM

GARRETT STAGE III

.60 A/R COMPRESSOR

.63 A/R TURBINE

I am looking fo a turbine that starts spooling above 3.5k rpms...prefered to start spooling around 4k..

I've heard that a .57 is a big one and it will have lots of lag.

Yeah , well i dont want to put a lot of stress on the motor with early boost since i daily drive my car. i shift usually between 3 and 3.5k on my normal driving so i dont want the turbo to be spooling before that.Im looking for something that start spooling at 3.5k..good for rolling start runs just in case i find some incentives on the road.

I wanna keep it as quiet(sleeper) as possible so i dont want ppl hearing my turbo spooling under normal driving situations.

the trim on your turbo is to big for your application it will start spooling about 5800 rpm thats not goood i suggest the t3/t4 from turbonetics that is the s trim which is a 48 exhaust and 50 trim compressor housing it comes in at about 3800

Ok but can i modify that specific turbine to make it spool faster? Can i change the turbine fins/fans(whatever theyre called) to a .48 one?
