That is totally gonna depend on what your setup is. It would be helpful if you gave us some kind of idea of what you are or plan to run.

HF and CX are great for gas mileage.

me myself, I am gonna do a small turbo with a lt of headwork and bolt ons in general and I am chosing the Edelbrock with a ported tb to 60mm from maxbore.com, its gonna rock my world!! :)

Well I Have a totaly Block and Head. Srp Pistons (78mm) Scat Rods. Crower Stage 3 Turbo/vtec Cam. Arp Head Bolts.. Head Been Big Bored and Polish By Dh-racing.. New Springs Retainers. New Valves... Running a Percision sc61 Turbo With a Lovefab Custom manifold To hold it. Just need a Intake mani thats insane for my set up.
