Hey everyone, im new here and I own a 93 EX coupe 5spd with I/E and a couple little things. I also have 150k on my car and motor. I was wondering if anyone else has modded their d16's with miles like mine? I dont know what direction I want to go in right now due to lack of funds but im leaning towards header, cat, intake mani and possibly some nitrous. All you pros out there, do you think my motor can stand up to the hp/torque from these mods? There will be an exedy OEM replacement clutch in the tranny by the time I decide to mod the motor or not, but my main question is, will my car run for a few more years if i decide to continue with these mods?

My responce...

Had a D15B7 with 235k miles on it. Was well taken care of compression check was supurb for the miles. Slapped on a JRSC and ran it at 10psi for another 30k miles. If the engine is in good shape don't sweat it.
