auto to manual trans swap

First off it's a 99 civic ex. What would be involved with the swap? I know the obvious transmission, pedal assembly, and ecu. Did the swap keep gettiing a cell. Idle air control. Would it be because of the manual has a two wire Iac?
Any information would be helpful. Thanks

Sounds to me like it is the IACV. If you need a 2-wire connector for it, I may have one lying around. Let me know. Does sound like that is what your proble is though.
