What kind of HP/TRQ numbers from D16 with bolt on turbo/ic?

I am planning on running boost instead of doing a swap on my 98 DX hatch, it just seems much more time/cost effective, however this is still my daily driver. I havent decided what brand to get (Greddy, Edelbrock???), so I appreciate any suggestions. What I really want to find out is, with totally stock internals, just the turbo, IC, intake, boost control, and exhaust what kind of HP/TRQ numbers can be acheived for daily driving. I dont know what boost to say I would use, because I have heard numbers all over the place, from 6.0 to 12.9????

depending on your turbo mybe 170 on about 6 or 7 psi ...if your going turbo i sugest that u upgrade your internals first. because if you want to run your turbo real hard ya stock internals wont cut it. but with stock internals about 170hp

I am not looking to take this car to the track or strip at all at this point. I only want something that is more fun to drive on a dailey basis, maybe surprise a few folks at red lights. However, are you saying that even with this as my goal I should rebuild the internals before adding the turbo??? If I got into the 170-180 HP range I would be smiling all day long. :D
