Whats your favorite board game?

well, its been a while since ive played my last board game but tonight we played "mad gab" i didnt think i would like it too much but it was a pretty good time. although its a good game, its not my favorite... im deffinately a trivial pursuit guy all the way with chess coming in a close second. so whats your favorite board game and how long has it been since you've played one??

btw: i know this thread may be lame but i just had to post something to get to 100 posts tonight..

board game?? who plays board games?? haha, j/p. i havent played one in forever, i think the last time i played a board game was when i was in jail, and i played Monopoly. I got worked, those inmates sure know how to kick your ass at that shit.

I used to like Life when i was younger, i havent played any board game in a while...but Monopoly is just classic so i guess i'll have to go with it.

Mad Gab was great tonight! Yo these are the games i always used to play, that i can remember. Pictionary, Sorry, Life, Monopoly, Grape Escape, Mouse Trap, and this wasnt really a bored game but.... fucking Hungry Hungry Hippos man!!! oh, and go fish where you got the fishing poles, and the little fish where there mouths opened and closed... aww man being a kid was great. Man o man, i keep thinking of more and more great games.. connect four, Dr. Operation... i need to stop. merry posting.

Wow, I forgot about all those games!!! Being a kid was definately a lot easier and more fun! I would have to say my favorite is probably Monopoly...the little dog kicks ass!

definately monopoly. my friends and I have one game that we made into a drinking game. we took all the chance and community chest cards and made them say better things like "pay hospital $100 for having your crabs taken care of. drink 3 times" each card has you drink a certain amount or have other people drink. it is loads of fun.
