I need LSD

hey
i need a lsd i was reading up a bit on the different brands,
i basically need it for autox but the occasional drag.

setup
engine d16z6 with pm7 pistions
tranny ZC lsd ( but looking for somehting more aggressive)

what do you guys recommend?

but it chatters quite a bit on the track .. is that normal ?

hmm...try using a different tranny fluid...it may not be thick enough for ur lsd...use gear oil...i have the d15b lsd tranny...and my mechanic sed it will make a clicking noise if the fluid isnt thick enough...which can lead to damaging the lsd...

Go to general motors and get GM synchro mesh. put that in there. But first. Drain the transmisson then run a quart of cheap oil through it to clean it out. Put in the quart of cheap oil with the plug taken out. Then wait a few minutes after the oil is done draining. Then put the Synchro mesh in. The trans you have is great, mine doesn't chatter.

Sounds like a Quaife might also be a good choice for you...

You already have a rare and very well reputed transmission.
If the tranny you have doesnt suit your application even after trying the different fluids, you could also sell it for around 500$ and then use the money for another lsd...
