anybody get jacked through paypal B-4?

all right I had it coming to me..
NEW guy to all this EBAY and PAYPAL stuff.
did a few transactions...

I rec'd a MO from a buyer in cali.
sent a JDM ITR 4-1 header to the guy.
I found out yesterday he cancelled the MO
like three weeks after sending it out.
So now ALL the OTHER stuff I sold
is getting screwed over cause
I can't access my paypal account.
AND I gots no damn header too...

I'm about to go hunting "hawaiian style"....
can anyone help me out? advice? anything?

what does Paypal have to do with a money order?

I'm currently fighting with Paypal about a simple transaction. I bought a DVD and it was never sent, I was never contacted and blah blah. I went to Paypal's protection people, and they did their search, and found out the seller was at fault (duh). However, they refused to pay me back my money no matter how much I complained. So I went above them. Since I paid with my credit card, I called the credit card company and they filed a grievance with Paypal, and refunded my money.

When I did that, Paypal sent me a nasty email saying that there are several other ways of dealing with problems, and I shouldn't have gone through them instead of contacting my credit card company. Funny thing was that I did do everything they offered. They knew they weren't going to win, so they tried to get me to drop my case. Yea Right.

Anyways, If I were you, I'd get his contact info from Ebay, call the MO company and complain. File a report with Ebay, give negative feedback. Basicly make enough noise to be heard.

NO, "wunderkid" I didn't send first.
buyer paid through paypal
and I shipped it out a few days later.

SOMEHOW he cancelled the paypal transaction.
and they(paypal) WD from my bank account.

I've "lost" over $400+ in fees and stuff over this
PLUS I can't touch any of my money cause they froze my acct
until they figure it out...
my daughters xmas is about to br RUINED
and I wont stand for that....

paypal says HE cancelled the funds on his end with
a cancelled MO....WTF?!!!
so they withdrew from my acct.

when dealing with paypal, you should ALWAYS deposit any funds in your account to a real bank account as soon as you get them. If they try anything funny like automatically deduct from your bank account, then you have real grounds to sue them.

But while it's on their servers, you kind of have to play with their rules. Go to paypalsucks.org for some more info.

hell yeah, fuck paypal. the only way i send money is through usps with a signature required at delivery. some people suck too much to be trusted

my mom once replied to one of those "paypal" emails they send you. Turns out someone from the Phillapines hacked into her bank account. At the time there was no money in the account which is a good thing. She caught it really quick and closed the account. One of our friends did some backtracking through the ip addy and paypal sent her the info, they had every piece of info from my mom including ss number, I mean everything. Very scary.

I once got scammed on honda-tech for a door. I got $100 out of my $120 back by constantly calling his house at all hours of the night. Here is a link to the thread.

pay pal is gay!!! i got screwed too by then a bought a greddy evo muffler from a guy on ebay but the bastard never sent it so i complained to pay pal they did find it to be the guys fault but they weren't able to get back my damn $250 so they gave up : ( so now I'm filed a complaint with ebay protection fraud b.s. so if they do find the guy at fault also , I could only get out of ebay $175 ebay sucks!!!!
