auto to 5speed

i have 96 civic and its auto, i was wondering if i can use 92-95 pedals shiftlinkages and everything i have the d16z6 5speed trans also

Yes, everything should match up go, i'm in the process of doing the same on my wife's 95, and using a 96 tranny, here is some more info on it.
