If you use the Z6 engine harness if all you need is a P28 ECU. If you use your Y8 harness you will need a conversion harness and the P28.

use the y8 intake and exh mani, dizzy. that way you dont need to swap ecu or harness. there are a few sensors u need to swap over but nothing major. anyways the y8 manis flow better than the z6.

Above I wrote

Well think I was wrong. You can't use the z6 engine harness because the Z6 engine harness plugs into the chassis harness and then to the ECU. The Y8 engine harness goes direct to the ecu. You need to use the Y8 harness with a conversion harness for the ECU. I think that is right?
