I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'm looking for what size bolts hold the transmission to the block.
Also, what bolts should I use to hold the block on an engine stand? I'm assuming the same thread type as what I asked above correct?

I'm not sure of the size right now. Ill check later in my Helms for the size needed.
When I got an engine stand to put my block on, I found that I copuld not find a bolt long enough to fit the mounting point on the stand. The longest bolt I could find in the desired thread was from napa. I think it was 3-1/2"-4" long. I ended up having to cut the mounting points on the stand a little bit to allow the bolt to thead into the block. Most likely youll have to do something similar. Just something to keep in mind.

I can get bolts up to about 6.5" in length so that isn't a problem... I just need the thread size.
