i found a 01-04 hx 5spd tranny on ebay for about 250 will that fit the lx model?? also what other parts do i need to do a auto to manual swap??

Yeah that should fit. you need the Pedals, the clutch linkage, the fliud resavor, and the lines that go from the tranny to the fluid resy
