Yep. Bisi Ezerioha became the first CRX (a while ago..this is from an old issue of Super street) to run 10 seconds in a SOHC non-vtec engine...all-motor, mind you!
Still am pretty amazed. I never knew there was a 10 second NA d-series out there...no clue. Of course, this is a full drag CRX, but regardless. I wanted to inform everyone. I realize some people checking out the D-series have a hard time deciding between a B and D-series...this is why I have also posted the 487 whp d16a6 civic as well..I want to show the people in the middle of the decision, that a D-series CAN cut it!!

Note Bisi's advice to "aspiring racers": "Think out of the box...don't follow trends". Hmm..
According to this page, he ran a 10.09 at the battle of imports. He's almost into the 9's..insane!!

Now for the bad news. Bisi has recently turned his back on the D-series, for the F22. I think in this case, it's OK..he has shown everyone what a D-series can really do!!!
