umm, sure i guess that i'll get my ass handed to me, i'm used to it by now :oops: . glad to hear that you're going to make it. i might try and get my syncros in this weekend and get that cx 3rd gear into my y8 trans as a 4th gear. i can't wait for the 21st.

nope no turbo...just a bolt on supercharger. See...bolt ons hehe. when someone at the track wants to race me they always ask what ya got? Nitrous? nope. Turbo? Nope just a single cammer non vtec b7 with stock internals. Lets race then I'll show ya. They hardly ever even think of a SC under the hood. Infact most never even notice it under the dim lit track lights. You can barely see the pulley and the intake mani looks nearly stock. Dont worry its not fast.

not fast my ass. for a 1.5 it hauls. can't wait to make it to the track. i was hopeing to get my trans done this weekend but it doesn't look like i'm going to be able to. i guess that i will be racing on a broken trans.

hah hell no. Not till I get a trailer. I'm leavin my sub in anyways. Too long of a drive with no thump in the trunk. Besides they arent gonna have a waterbox to put on a good smoke em up show :) Right now savin up for a quaife. No slicks till I rebuild that trans and get an lsd in it. I will be putting in new bearings and syncros the weekend after as well as rebuilding my little b7. Got a full rebuild kit comin from puerto rico for 150 bucks!! The guy I work with has family comin for thanksgiving and he got me some cheap parts. His cousin of a cousin or some shit works at a warehouse where they build and ship tons of Honda parts. Gasket kit, guide seals, rings, bearings(main and rods 3 sets all sizes) oil pump, water pump, timing belt pretty much everything.

hey man when are you rebuilding the trans? maybe we could do it together, i have a press at my shop. i need help as i have no idea what i'm doing.

also berieriskiller (sorry if i spelleed that wrong i'm a bit drunk) will 92-95 axles fit in your car? i see that you have integra spindles and i have a extra set of axles that you could use to get home on if you needed to.

leave the slicks home. The axles will hold up better than the diff. spider gears will break first. Just trust me on that one. Bring the extra axles becuase if one of us dont break one someone else definatly will and we can make a small buck off of someones misfortune lol. I'll bring the needed tools and maybe some jack stands too :)

I'm leaving everything in my car. Amps, seats, sub all of it! I wanna see if I can run 14's fully loaded on street tires. BTW they will post your time and give out time slips if you are in the right lanes or do not have N/T on the window. I have the info posted on the front page of my site.

My friend that is coming with me in his crx has a b16a guessed a time of 15.6 for me.....i was like stock si's can pull 15.9's.....now the only thing i dont have confidence in is my start...not bringing slikcs or nitrous. but i guess we will see then.....hey do you think they care if you without a front right fender??? or should i put the shitty one back on???? :D

Well guys got some bad news... :( ....1. my pass. axles is done...2. my pass. tire is really! bad......plus i have to work but only till 7 so no time to work on it and not much money yet.....but anyways i dont think my car is gonna make it cause i dont get paid till next tues....but i might be able to go in my friends car so then bizzar could still beat him.... :D but im am pissed that my car cant make it i was lookin forward to this :(

Well looks like i wont be able to get my car to track until thursday 2 weeks from now cause there closed next thurs. for thanksgiving. This will also give me more time to get my vtec working get my timing right and maybe even put on the nitrous. Cause i have to order colder plugs most likey the zex plugs and get connector for my dsm fuel pump. Im sorry i couldnt get my car up there. since my tires are bad im gonna wait till Christmas to get hx wheels while i buy some falken's and get another axle next week too. So if you guys cant get to the thursday event i will post the slips...i like thurs better cause the have the water box, a good tree with slips. Ill see if i can make it up there with a friend but im not sure cause im moving saturday.

ohh hes wussin out on us!! you better get your pansy ass there even if one of us gotta pick your sorry butt up! It cost 60 bucks for a cheap axle and takes all but 20 minutes to replace sheesh!! I'm takin my grinding, crunching, worn out bearing tranny car up there just to have some fun.

my friend just called me asking if i knew anyone with a tow truck. he's stuck at bradenton right now, he just broke his halfshaft or axle in his 96 hatch with a ls/vtec. i guess he's stuck there for a while.

well i just got home from the track. i am very dissapointed. i ran a best time of 16.9 at 90 mph. i was thinking that i'd get around 15.5. i need allot more practice on my starts. i just couldn't get them down. i had allot of wheel spin. i just need to get a studder box. i also need some suspension work and a set of motor mount inserts.

Man i wished i could really have went...i think maybe you should be getting better then 16.9 cause a friend of mine got a 16.2 in his 93 si hatch and it has 310k miles on it. :shock: But hey atleast you made it there.. :lol: well i guess it must be the cx trans.

Hey FMIDRC you happen to see a red crx on the way home it was red with black hood and blue fender with yellow primer on one side cause my friend said he saw 2 white civic hatches pull up next to him on the way home he said he wanted to reaced but his car wouldnt go above 4800.

haha yep we saw him. Thats when we pulled to 120...or atleast I did then let everyone catch up hehe. I was sort of dissapointed too but I cant complain. 15.4 on street tires, fully loaded with my amps and sub in the hatch. Not shabby for a 245k mile engine :) Yeah traction sucked real bad for everyone. You shoulda gone.

yep that's the guy that we saw going onto the on ramp. he hit it for a while but we rolled on him. btw i don't have a cx trans, it's a y8 trans, so yeah i'm slow. i think that it would be a huge help if i had a cam gear and a exhaust. i also found that when i got into my car tonight that it only made it to the nearest gas staion. when i tried to start it again it started and then died. i got it to run again but it kept on staling at lights. when i got to whjere we meet i pulled the cap off and saw that the coil was arching to the case. luckey for me that i ride around with a extra distributor in the trunk. unlucky for me though that the coil in it was dead already. so i put a peice of elec tape over the one that was arcing and put it back in. it ran the whole nighjt but i guess there's more money that i have to spend.

Damn you guys in Bradenton? My sister and mom just bought a big azz house there and I was there for the 1st time last week. If I would've know I would try to hook up with someone there. I'll be there for her wedding in Jan again, and once I PCS to NC I will be taking the car there more often since it's only 7 to 8 hours not 14!!! Well take care guys! 8)

Yeah I know, it's my second time in that area. My sis moved from Sarasota to Bradenton and my mom from PR. So now I try going over there every once in a while. But since I am moving to NC next summer and I will be closer I can go more often. Maybe you guys can show me around then. Go to the track and the hot spots there! 8)
