Has anybody heard of the AWD D TRansmission? I would like to get more info about this. It was mentioned in Budget boost part 2 of Honda Tuning and I don't think this is any new stuff.

The B20 from the old CR-V is all I've heard of.

what about the old civic wagons? some of those were 4 wheel drive. i'd be willing to guess that they had a D motor in them as well?

AWD Civic, that would be neat to see and as a performer would be interesting to review the stats.

I am reading in one of the car mags...honda tuning i think, but they are fabing a ITR with AWD. Seems to be a ton of custom fabing going on with that project, not my bag of tricks.

But a D16 with AWD and no fabing would be interesting, if its even possible. I recall talking with a buddy of mine years ago about AWD on his hatch, he said that its possible but the car would sit up high.

More info if anyone has it. I would be interested....thanks.

...or you could just buy a wagon with the 4wd already. Unless you're a glutton for punishment.
